“Capitals” underwent a three-year editing process by Abhay K, an Indian poet-diplomat and the author of two memoirs and five collections of poems. Contributing poets include Derek Walcott, Bryan Thao Worra, Mark Strand, Ruth Padel and George Szirtes among others. Laos is represented with the poem “Vientiane in 12 Haikus.”
